1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using TailsSync (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Platform. These Terms apply to all users, including Super Admins, Admins, staff users, and clients who interact with the Platform.
2. Description of Service
TailsSync is a cloud-based pet grooming salon management platform that provides appointment scheduling, client and pet management, calendar and availability management, messaging, payment tracking, inventory management, services configuration, and role-based access control across single or multiple salon locations.
3. Account Registration
To use TailsSync, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
The Super Admin account holder is the primary account owner and is responsible for managing subscription, billing, and user access for their organization.
4. Subscription Plans & Billing
TailsSync offers three subscription plans:
- Basic Plan ($80/month): 1 user (Super Admin) with access to all system modules.
- Teams Plan ($160/month): Up to 4 users (1 Super Admin + 3 additional users) with role-based permissions, messaging, and inventory features.
- Enterprise Plan ($160/month + $30/month per additional user): 4 included users with the ability to add additional users, unlimited salon locations, prorated billing, and priority support.
Billing is processed monthly. The Super Admin is responsible for maintaining a valid payment method. Failed payments may result in service interruption. Subscription upgrades take effect immediately. Plan details and pricing are subject to change with prior notice.
5. User Roles & Responsibilities
TailsSync enforces role-based access control. The Super Admin is responsible for:
- Creating and managing user accounts within their subscription plan limits
- Assigning appropriate roles and permissions to staff users
- Ensuring that users comply with these Terms
- Managing subscription billing and payment methods
All users agree to use the Platform only for its intended purpose of managing pet grooming salon operations and not for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
6. Data Ownership
You retain ownership of all data you enter into TailsSync, including client information, pet records, appointment data, and payment records. We do not claim ownership of your data. We process your data solely to provide and improve the Platform as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Platform for any purpose other than pet grooming salon management
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or its systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Platform’s infrastructure or other users’ access
- Upload or transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
- Use the Platform to send unsolicited communications to clients who have not opted in
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Platform without authorization
8. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability of the Platform but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance, updates, or improvements that temporarily affect service availability. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime in advance.
9. Account Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:
- You violate these Terms of Service
- Your subscription payment fails and remains unresolved
- You engage in activities that harm the Platform or other users
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Subscriptions Module. Upon cancellation, access to the Platform may continue until the end of the current billing period, subject to our cancellation policies.
10. User Deletion
When a user is deleted from the Platform by an authorized administrator, the user’s system access is permanently removed. Historical data (past appointments, activity logs, payment records) is retained for audit and reporting purposes. Deleted users cannot be restored and must be re-created as new users if access is needed again. User deletion may affect Enterprise plan billing as described in the subscription terms.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TailsSync and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Platform.
Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TailsSync, its operators, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
13. Intellectual Property
The TailsSync platform, including its design, features, code, documentation, and branding, is the intellectual property of TailsSync and its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform for its intended purpose during your active subscription. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Platform.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, through binding arbitration or the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
